The warranty is transferable to a new owner if the vehicle is sold within the warranty period. The new owner must contact Koyten customer support to update the ownership details and continue enjoying the warranty benefits.
Koyten’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts as specified. Koyten shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the vehicle, including but not limited to transportation costs, loss of use, or loss of earnings.
To maintain the validity of the warranty, the vehicle must be maintained according to the guidelines outlined in the Koyten User Manual. Regular servicing must be carried out at authorized Koyten service centers.
